Limited production loin from 100% pure breed Iberico pedigree pigs. These pigs are born and raised on free range farms in the Spanish Huelva region. The loin is cured in cellars in the Jabugo area. This lomo is sliced and then vacuum sealed to maintain freshness.
Remove from the refrigerator and packaging around 20 minutes before serving so that the meat can come up to room temperature, releasing its full flavour. Delicious served as part of a charcuterie board.
