Fresh Black Summer Truffles (Tuber Aestivum), are firm in texture with a dark black exterior and an off white marbled flesh. Lighter in flavour than their Winter brothers, but they still have the same characteristics and flavour profile. Available March - August. Please note we receive truffles on Wednesdays only so all orders must be in by Tuesdays for deliveries on Thursdays or Fridays.
