Fresh White Alba Truffle
The most sought after and rarest truffle, the White Alba Truffle is only in season for a short time of the year. The start of the white truffle season each year is much anticipated and celebrated with the internationally acclaimed annual Tuffle Fair which takes place in Alba itself. Much like Beluga for Caviar, Alba is the name everyone knows when it comes to truffles.
Please note we receive truffles on Wednesdays only so all orders must be in by Tuesdays for deliveries on Thursdays or Fridays.
Serving Suggestions
Classically enjoyed, simply shave your Fresh White Alba Truffle over pasta or risotto with good extra virgin olive oil and parmesan. Equally majestic with seafood and vegetables and increasingly appearing on sushi menus all over the world.
