The fresh duck foie gras lobes that we select are the freshest and finest 'Extra Quality' grade available. If you are not accustomed to using Foie gras lobes the deveined foie gras is a great product to start with, eliminating the sometimes delicate job of preparing it. Hand selected for the perfect size of between 450g and 550g and also for the optimum texture.
Serving Suggestions
These fresh duck foie gras lobes are suitable for all cooking uses. It is the best product to use when making a home-made terrine; they are also delicious lightly heated and served with fruit compotes.
