The double delicacy that serves 2 generously! The foie gras is outstandingly complemented with pieces of French Black Winter Truffle. Made by Maison Lafitte, founded in 1920.

 

Serving Suggestion

Place your foie gras in the fridge for a couple of hours before you need it. Remove it around 15 minutes before serving in order to serve it fresh but not too chilled. Delicious served on warm toasted brioche.
