Black Label Jamon Iberico de Bellota, this is the highest grade and most prized of all Spanish Hams. Only pigs with the best genetic makeup are selected for Cinco Jotas. Mother and father are both 100% Ibérico pigs. They are best able to infiltrate the fats, and are the most athletic so they can take full advantage of the 'montanera' season (November – March) when acorns fall from the trees.​

These whole legs are the ultimate way to enjoy this highly prized ham. Aged for a minimum of 36 months in specially selected areas by the masters at Cinco Jotas, the rich fats developed in these are well flavoured with the acorns the pigs largely feed on.

Serving Suggestions

Sliced thinly in small 2 inch squares is the traditional and best way to enjoy this ham. Ham of this quality requires little else to enjoy at it's best.
