Langoustine are one of the true jewels of the sea, and these wild caught Langoustine from the Western Coast of Sicily are truly wonderful. 
 
Similar to our Gambero Rosso carpaccio, these come perfectly formed in 50g portions ready for almost immediate service. Simply transfer when still frozen to your plate and they will thaw in minutes, ready to dress how you like. A little chilli is delicious with these, or very simply with some EVOO and lemon juice. For something more luxurious, a generous spoonful of Royal Beluski Caviar is bliss. Serve with some crispy bread, this makes a great dinner party starter.
