Terre Bormane Aulente
It is made from white vinegar and grape must giving it a transparent and clear consistency.  It has wonderful floral notes which are sweet and fresh making it such a versatile product. 
 
Serving Suggestions
Aulente is a special dressing which is perfect for salads and other raw foods. The neutral colour makes it ideal to add to sauces, white meats and fish as their natural colours are not altered.
