Produced in at an artisanal smokehouse in The Cotswolds, slowly smoked over a blend of beech, oak and juniper. This 200g pack is selected only from the prime cuts from the belly which are more delicate and softer in flavour than the tail pieces.

Smoked Salmon of this quality adds extra luxury to a range of dishes. Being cut from the best part of the fish- the belly- these slices have a softer, more delicate flavour and texture beautiflly highlighting the smoking process. When salmon is this good, simpicity is best!
