Smoked Scottish Salmon

Our Smoked Scottish Salmon is carefully filleted and then covered with british sugar, premium grade dried pure salt and a hint of Demerara molasses. After curing for a 24 hours it rinsed wtih chilled water before being smoked for 12 hours over virgin oak chippings.

 

Serving Suggestions

This delicious Smoked Scottish Salmon is wonderful served alongside perfectly scrambled eggs on toasted sourdough bread for a healthy and vibrant brunch.
