Expertly produced by Chef Tom Moore, Moore'ish crumpets are handmade to order each week using fermented artisan products to produce these incredible sourdough crumpets. When toasted, they give a crisp edge, giving way to the fluffy soft interior for an indulgent mouthfeel, these are perfect to lash on our Smoked Caviar Butter and finish generously with a healthy spoon of our caviars.
