Preparation: The most sought after Foie gras d’oie as pure goose lobes are used in its preparation as opposed to a percentage of pieces as used in competitive brands.

 

Place your Foie Gras in fridge for a couple of hours before you need it. Remove it around 15 minutes before serving in order to serve it fresh but not too chilled.

 

Ingredients: Whole goose liver, salt, pepper, sugar & spices. No additives or preservatives.
