Flash Frozen Duck Foie Gras Escalopes (20 x 50g) are used by chefs worldwide as a high quality foie gras product.

 

Serving Suggestions

The 50g pieces make perfect portions for your guests and only need 15 - 20 mins  acclimatising to normal room temperature before serving. Simply pan-fry on its own in a med/hot pan (no fat needed) cooking either side for  45 - 60 seconds max, and you'll have a perfect seared foie gras starter which you can pair with some mango chutney and a sprinkle of crushed hazelnuts.  Get creative with theses ideal portions where and make little foie gras and apple mini tarts for your guests.
