The double delicacy that serves 2 generously! The Foie Gras is outstandingly complemented with 3% of French Black Winter Truffles (Tuber Melanosporum) and should simply be served on warm toasted brioche.

 

Preparation: Place your Foie Gras in fridge for a couple of hours before you need it. Remove it around 15 minutes before serving in order to serve it fresh but not too chilled.

Ingredients: Whole duck liver, salt, pepper, sugar & spices. No additives or preservatives.
