The lower price of these Black Summer Truffles means you can certainly be more liberal with the mandolin! A truffle with a lesser aroma and flavour than Autumn and Winter truffles, with a mild earthy mushroom note. 
Please note we receive truffles on Wednesdays only so all orders must be in by Tuesdays for deliveries on Thursdays or Fridays.
