This hybrid species is now one of the most commonly consumed caviars in the world and accounts for the largest part of Kaluga Queen’s production at around 50%. Beluski has a savoury flavour profile and low salinity, very buttery and well textured grain. This makes it very versatile and pairs well as does not contrast with any other flavours.
