Carabineros Prawns
These red prawns are genuinely one of the most impressive wonders of the sea – long prized in Spain and Portugal for their flavour, colour and wow factor.  These prawns swim at depths of up to 1000 metres and are flash frozen on board the boat to ensure they are at their best when you cook them.  
 
Serving Suggestions
Grill whole in the shell on rock salt or charcoal grill for an explosion of flavour.
