This is a fine consistent extra virgin olive oil from the French Moulin Cornille Olive cooperative. It is an AOC olive oil, which means that not only only the provenance of the olives, but also the pressing, has to be monitored. This ensures the very finest of olives are harvested then pressed in the traditional way to bring you an oil that will dazzle you with it's rich fresh taste.
