Gambero Rosso, also known as Sicilian red prawns, are the shellfish of choice for Italian gourmets. These are almost unobtainable in the UK and London Fine Foods is proud of our ability to source them and dispatch them to you in excellent condition. These are grade 2 Gambero Rosso, smaller than the grade 1, and have the hallmark melt in the mouth texture and creamy tones.
