Black Pearl Sea Scallops (frozen) are hand selected after they have been harvested along the Atlantic seaboard and processed daily.

They are frozen at sea within an hour of harvesting, ensuring a premium textured superior scallop.

These scallops are excellent in a wide variety of recipes and are so convenient as they offer you an increased shelf life, without compromising the superior tast, texture and appearance.
