With its piquant, mildly peppery taste, mizuna is becoming increasingly popular, great as a salad ingredient and fantastic steamed as a side dish.
Recipe
Chicory and mizuna salad
2 heads of chicory, roughly hand shredded
250g mizuna
2 tbsp honey
1tbsp Avocado oil
2tbsp black mustard seeds, toasted.
Place mizuna and chicory in large bowl, mix other ingredients and gently stir into the salad. Delicious with all meats and cheeses.(Needs to be ordered 24 hours before delivery day)
