Blackened Mahi Mahi
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp ground cumin
4 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp cinnamon
salt and pepper
Mix all the ingredients and coat one side of the Mahi Mahi with this dry mixture. Sprinkle salt and black pepper on the other side. Place in fridge for two hours.
Bring a heavy frying pan to a high heat, add olive oil, and fry the salt and pepper side for 3 minutes. Then turn and fry the spiced side for three minutes. Check that the spiced side has darkened enough, and if it has then serve with potatoes and salad.(Needs to be ordered 24 hours before delivery day)
