Lambs Lettuce, sometimes known as Corn Salad, is distinctive in shape as it has long spoon-like rich green leaves. This wonderful leaf which has a tangy and distinctive flavour can be served as a salad or steamed and served as a vegetable side dish.
This leafy green salad, somewhat similar to fresh spinach is just delicious served with garlic coutons, lardons, a generous crumbling of Roquefort and slices of a juicy pear.
