Our fresh Black Autumn Truffles are flown in direct from Italy, ensuring both premium quality and optimum freshness. The earthy flavours of The Black Autumn Truffle are wonderful when used in pasta and rice dishes, or to complement meat dishes.

The search for these delicate truffles was traditionally carried out by specially trained pigs who were treated to a snuffle of truffle in reward for each find. Nowadays, specially trained dogs are used to search out this culinary gold. In season and available to buy in  mid-late September.
