Recipe
Iberian Ham with hot figs
5 figs, cut in half
10 slices of Iberian ham
Finest quality Olive Oil
dash of sherry vinegar
In a shallow frying pan heat some olive oil and fry the figs for one minute each side. Add dash of sherry. Place the 10 slices around a palate and put one half of fig on each slice, mix the pan juices with the sherry and drizzle over the figs.(Needs to be ordered 24 hours before delivery day)
