Dill, sometimes known as dill weed, is used to enhance potato salads, cream cheeses, soups, grilled meats, and fish. This is grown to gourmet standards, the quality cannot be surpassed.
Recipe
Dill sauce
3tsp sugar
200ml red wine vinegar
80g Dijon mustard
100ml olive oil
120g dill, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl gently whisk the sugar, red wine vinegar, and Dijon mustard until the sugar has dissolved. Add the olive oil and continue whisking until thick. Stir in the chopped dill. Delicious as a dressing for poached fish, or just drizzled over new potatoes.(Needs to be ordered 24 hours before delivery day)
