Parmesan crust cod loin
preheat oven to 180C
7 cod loin, skin on
75 ml olive oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
bunch flat leaf parsley, chopped
1 tbsp chopped chives
1tsp ground black pepper
25g white breadcrumbs
25g grated Parmesan
Preheat oven to 190C. Mix oil, garlic, parsley, chived, and peeper nto a large bowl. Stir in breadcrumbs and Parmesan. Spread over the cod loin fillets and roast on a middle shelf for 20 -25 minutes. Needs to be ordered 24 hours before delivery day)
