If you fancy trying something exotic our smoked eel is for you! It’s a firm-textured, rich buttery fish when smoked, great on toast or in a risotto.

Recipe Smoked eel canapes
250g cream cheese
50g mayonnaise
5g dill seeds
small bunch flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
2 drops Boyajian lemon oil
Mini pastry cases
Mix all ingredients well and pipe into the base of mini pastry shell, top with smoked eel and slivers of radish for decoration.
