San Giuliano use only traditional methods to produce their Fruttato olive oil. Cold-pressed, carefully decanted and filtered, this is an intense olive oil with notes of fruit and grass and a spicy overtone. It is this fruity aroma that has given this gourmet oil the appellation of 'Fruttato'. Excellent on seafood salads, steamed vegetables, or drizzled over cold meats. A Sardinian speciality.
