Persian Sevruga Caviar (Acipenser stellatus) comes from the smallest of the sturgeon family and is known for its freshness and intense flavour.

The Sevruga creates medium sized eggs which are light grey to iron grey and brown in colour. Our Imperial Persian Sevruga Caviar is known for its wonderful intense flavour and is regarded with higher esteem than normal Sevruga Caviars.

Sevruga Caviar is actually the preferred caviar of the global caviar traders due to its robust flavour and  soft buttery texture.
