Royal Beluga Caviar (HUSxBAE) From the Huso Baerii sturgeon. Caviar matures at 8 years, this strong powerful Huso sturgeon species produces a large medium grey caviar eggs which are very similar to our Imperial Beluga Caviar yet at a lower price.  

Providing majestic afternotes, this stunning caviar has a very subtle mellow tastes  and an exquisite velvety texture that is only gained from the larger caviar egg. Recommended for connoisseurs.
