Finding a proper, top-grade Imperial Oscietra, with its full-bodied buttery hazelnut flavours and firm, crisp texture is still not easy, but we believe that our current supply of Imperial Oscietra Caviar ticks all the right boxes: The eggs are of a medium size and slightly variable in colour; brown to grey to blue to yellow.
