A delightful caviar from a sturgeon cross bred between the Acipenser Schrenckii and the Huso Dauricus sturgeon, both indiginous to the Amur River.
The caviar has all the qualities of a fine Beluga with with a strong robust taste and wonderfully smooth buttery aftertones. The eggs are medium in size and can vary in colour from light grey to iron grey with subtle brown undertones.
