Capricorn is a a Goat's milk Cheese made in the style of Brie. Soft and creamy but with the bite of a Chevre taste.

This is a pasteurised hand made medium fat spreading cheese that comes plain or with chives or garlic, each with a delicious smooth, creamy texture and buttery taste.

Serve on a cheeseboard with a selection of English cheeses such as a farmhouse Cheddar, Blue Stilton and Wensleydale with Cranberries. Or serve with walnut bread and a glass of light red wine. Capricorn Goats Cheese can also be used in cooking and is delicious served grilled on thick slices of bread and drizzled with honey.

This cheese comes as a 100g (one person) small wheel.
