Traditionally made by Mrs. Appleby, this cloth cheese has a sharp flavour and a crumbly texture. Appleby's of Hawkstone is the only producer that still uses handmade cloth to bind their Cheshire Cheese in the traditional way.

This delicious cheese is produced using a traditional family recipe and milk from the Applebys' own farm: a combination that gives the cheese its own unique texture and flavour.

Available as a small cut of 200g, a half wheel of 4kg or a full wheel of 8kg (ideal for cheese wedding cakes).
